Gather- A Place for Discussions and Gift Cards!

Today I'd like to talk about Gather, a leading social networking and media site for adults. It has some of the highest user-generated discussions. I have joined a month ago and I must say, my favorite thing about it are the Gather points that you can can redeem for gift cards in stores such as Borders, Macy's, Home Depot and Brookstore. If you are feeling generous you can use your points to donate to charities also listed in the redemption list. An even greater thing is that if you earn $50 in a calendar month,(1 Gather Point=$.o2, 50/.02=2,500 Gather Points)you have an opportunity to select the cash option in which you can get a deposit straight your Pay Pal account or by a check. Ok, so now that you know what you can earn, the question is, HOW do you earn these Gather Points? Site participation is very important on here as Gather shares its ad revenue with the users, so the more things you contribute, the more you get rewarded. Some of the things you can do but are not limited to are: publish content of high quality, invite your friends, family and colleagues to Gather, build great groups, maintain a healthy, respectful, playful conversation with other Gatherers.
